On the basis of the long-term research and development, Chiao Fu was possessed with the good competence and abilities to
produce the foam materials of meeting the requirements of the aviation and railway industries quality standard. Our foam
produced for being applied to the aviation industry has been passed the strict and high-level quality verification and
requirements complied with Far 25.853(a), Far 25.853(c) and Boeing BSS, and for well application to the railway industry
our foam also has been passed the high quality standard of EN45545 and NFPA130, which allowed aviation equipment and
railway vehicles with low hazards to reduce danger in a fire accident or incident and enhance the safety of passengers
and vehicle attendants.

One of the most common fire test standards in railway transportation today is EN45545. According to the latest European Union standards, EN 45545 has officially replaced British BS6853, German DIN5510-2, French NF F16-101, and other European standards. It has become a common and mandatory standard for fire protection of rail vehicle materials in European countries. Chiao Fu as one of the well-known manufacturers in the foam industry, the molded seat cushions we provide to railway customers meet the highest level of testing standard EN45545-2/R21/HL3 to ensure their demand for safety.
